1. Log onto Merchant Portal
2. On the Left-hand side menu, go to Training, Complaints & Operating Manuals, then select Latitude Credit Card Customer Complaint Form
3. Complete all required fields and submit the form for review and resolution. Our team will be in touch with the customer within 48hrs. If the complaint is urgent, please contact your Account Manager, or our Merchant Portal Helpdesk on 1300 361 921.
