If you've just submitted a new application for a customer and it says Referred for further evaluation, it means one of our team members will need to review the application.
If we need any additional information from the customer, we will contact them within 1 hours if the application was submitted instore or via the QR , or within 48 hours if the application was submitted online.
Additional information may be confirming application information or requesting supporting documents. E.g., Proof of income or expenses.
