How do I find settlement statements?

  1. Log into Merchant Portal
  2. On the left-hand side menu, go to Settlement Statements
  3.  A new window will appear to the Merchant Settlement Statement Portal and click on the + next to Latitude Financial Services to expand the menu, then click the + next to Retail Finance to expand the menu further to show each product.
  4. Click on the product in the menu on the left-hand side that you want to view the statement and input the appropriate details in the search criteria box image-2023-11-14_12-55-8.png

Search Tips

  1. Date ranges can be searched by separating date range with a hyphen (e.g. DD/MM/YY - DD/MM/YY)
  2. You can use a '%' symbol to search for part of a statement number (e.g. 2,0% will locate all statements that begin with '2,0')
