It happens to the best of us. If you've forgotten your Merchant Portal password your Administrator will need to reset it for you.
Alternatively, you can contact our Merchant Portal Helpdesk on 1300 361 921 for a password reset, or your Account Manager.
Your Store Administrator will need to:
1. Log onto Merchant Portal
2. On the Left-hand side menu, go to Administration, and then Password Reset & Modify Staff Details (this will only appear if you have been set up as the stores administrator in the portal i.e.. Manager, Proprietor, Owner, Administration.)
3. Locate the staff member in the Select Staff Member drop-down field and select Retrieve
4. Create a new Temporary Password in the Temporary Password field and click the Update Details button. Provide the temporary password to the staff member. Upon the first login the staff member will be asked to reset their password and select a new password.
It is important that Merchant Portal passwords are not shared and kept in a safe place. Merchant Portal access should only be accessed by staff members using their own login details.
